Account & Registration

Getting started with 9kgo

Creating a 9kgo account is super quick. Click the Register button on any page, fill in your name, mobile number, email address, and set a strong password. After submitting, you'll receive a one-time PIN (OTP) to verify your number. Once confirmed, your account is ready to go. The whole process usually takes under three minutes — no long forms, walang hassle.

No. Each player is only allowed one account on 9kgo. Creating duplicate accounts violates our Terms and Conditions and may result in all accounts being suspended and winnings forfeited. If you think someone else has registered using your details, contact our support team right away.

Basic play and deposits are available after mobile verification. However, for larger withdrawals or when our system flags a review, we will ask you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You'll need to upload a valid government-issued ID — a Philippine passport, SSS card, driver's licence, or PhilSys National ID all work. Verification is typically processed within 24 hours on business days.

Head over to the Login page and click "Forgot Password." Enter your registered mobile number or email address and we'll send an OTP reset link. Follow the instructions in the message to create a new password. If you no longer have access to your registered number or email, reach out to our 24/7 support team for manual recovery assistance.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Moving money on 9kgo

9kgo supports all the payment channels that Filipinos actually use day-to-day. You can deposit and withdraw via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfer, and online banking through BDO, BPI, and UnionBank. We also accept Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards issued by Philippine banks.

The minimum deposit on 9kgo is ₱100 for e-wallet channels like GCash and Maya. For bank transfer options via InstaPay or PESONet, the minimum may vary depending on your bank's own limits. There's no hidden fees on our end — what you load is what lands in your 9kgo wallet.

GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes after approval. Bank transfers through InstaPay usually arrive within one to two hours, while PESONet transfers may take up to one banking day. Large withdrawals above ₱50,000 may require additional verification, which can add a few hours to the processing time. We always aim to get your winnings to you as fast as possible.

9kgo does not charge any transaction fees on standard deposits and withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may have their own transfer fees — especially for inter-bank PESONet transactions. Always check with your payment provider. Any applicable fees from third parties will be clearly shown before you confirm a transaction.

Bonuses & Promotions

Getting the most out of 9kgo rewards

New 9kgo members receive a welcome bonus upon their first deposit. The exact bonus percentage and cap are shown on the promotions page at the time of registration. To claim it, simply register, make your first deposit, and the bonus is automatically credited to your account. It's that sulit — no complicated promo codes needed.

Wagering requirements mean you need to bet a certain multiple of the bonus amount before you can withdraw those bonus funds as cash. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a ₱500 bonus means you need to place ₱5,000 in total bets using that bonus before it converts to withdrawable cash. Different games may contribute different percentages toward the wagering requirement — slots usually contribute 100%, while live table games like Baccarat may contribute less. Check each promotion's specific terms for the exact details.

Yes! 9kgo has a referral program where you earn a cash reward for every friend or kabayan you successfully invite to the platform. Once your referred friend registers using your unique referral link and completes their first deposit, the referral bonus is credited to your account. There's no cap on how many friends you can refer, so the more you share, the more you earn.

Games & Betting

Understanding your favorite 9kgo games

9kgo offers a wide range of games and betting markets designed for Filipino players. You can play Color Game — the classic Pinoy fiesta favourite — spin the reels on JILI Slots, bet live on Basketball including PBA and NBA, play live Baccarat, wager on Esports tournaments, catch MMA fights, and chase big payouts on Jackpot Slots. New games are added regularly, so there's always something fresh to try.

The 9kgo Color Game is a digital version inspired by the popular Filipino perya game. Three dice — each with six coloured faces — are rolled, and you bet on which colour or combination will appear. The more faces that match your chosen colour, the bigger your payout. It's fast-paced, easy to understand, and genuinely fun — exactly the kind of laro that brings fiesta vibes to your phone.

Absolutely, pare. 9kgo's Basketball Betting section covers PBA games alongside NBA and other international leagues. You can bet on match winners, point spreads, totals (over/under), and various special markets. Live in-play betting is available for select matches, so you can adjust your bets as the game unfolds. Check the basketball betting page for the full schedule and available markets.

JILI Slots are video slot games developed by JILI Gaming, one of the most popular slot providers across Southeast Asia. Each game uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure every spin is completely independent and fair. Return to Player (RTP) rates vary by game title but typically range from 96% to 98%. You can find the specific RTP for each slot in the game's info panel before you start playing.

The 9kgo Esports Betting section covers the biggest titles popular with Filipino fans — Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB), League of Legends (LoL), Dota 2, Valorant, CS2, and more. We cover major international tournaments as well as regional leagues. Bet on match winners, maps/series outcomes, and special in-game prop bets. It's the best way to put your game knowledge to work.

Security & Responsible Gaming

Playing safe on 9kgo

Yes. 9kgo operates under a valid online gaming licence and complies with applicable Philippine regulatory requirements. Our platform uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data in transit, and our payment processing partners are PCI-DSS compliant. All games are powered by certified RNG systems audited by independent third-party testing labs. Your account information and funds are kept secure at all times.

Very much so. 9kgo takes responsible gaming seriously. You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly from your account settings. We also offer self-exclusion options for players who feel they need a break. If you or someone you know is experiencing issues with gambling, please visit our Responsible Gaming page for resources and support. Gaming should always be for entertainment — galingan natin, but know your limits.

We strongly recommend enabling 2FA on your 9kgo account for an extra layer of security. Go to Account Settings, select Security, and toggle on Two-Factor Authentication. You can set it to send a one-time PIN to your registered mobile number each time you log in. This makes sure only you can access your account — even if someone else somehow gets your password.

Immediately change your password and contact our support team via live chat or email. Provide as many details as possible — the time, the amount, and the type of transaction. Our security team will review the activity on your account and take action right away. We recommend you also check your registered email and mobile number for any suspicious access notifications.
